Adoptable Terms of Services

• General:

- All sales are final, no refunds will be issued for adoptables.
- Always credit me as the original designer, claiming yourself as such is strictly prohibited.
- AI modifications and edits on the artwork are prohibited.
- All purchases are managed through VGen.
- I reserve the right to post finished works and work-in-progress content as portfolio examples. This can only change if expressly asked: in agreement with the customer I can temporarily keep the artwork private up until a certain date.
- Upon purchase, the client obtains personal and commercial use of the selected character design.
- Violating these terms and conditions may result in blacklisting or purchase restrictions.

• Usage Rights:

- Once purchased, the client can attach any personalized preference on the adoptable background, personality and overall lore.
Feel free to use it in roleplays and stories.
- The adoptable can’t be used in projects that promote hate speech, discrimination or illegal activities.
- The adoptable can be modified with different outfits and hairstyles. When doing so, any changes must be redrawn instead of modifying the original artwork.
- When applying changes, the core identity of the adopt needs to stay untouched. It must be recognizable as the original purchased one.
- If unsure on a possible change, feel free to contact me.

• Resell / Trading:

- The adoptables can be traded or resold, but I must be informed of the new owner for records.
- The new owner must adhere to these terms of service.
- Reselling price must be the same or lower than the original purchase price.
- Adoptables received with no monetary transactions can only be gifted.
- When adoptables are traded or resold the commercial rights transfer as well.
